Knights Club

The purpose of the Knights Athletic Club is to advance the athletic program at Surry Community.

Knights Club members play an important role in the success of the Surry Knights. Members of the Knights Club are involved with:

  • Promoting student participation in all athletic teams and, in so doing, adhere to the governing rules of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) or such other organizations as may govern junior college or community college athletics, the policies of the Board of Trustees of Surry Community College, the Articles of Incorporation, and applicable state or federal laws.
  • Promoting good sportsmanship and student-athlete success.
  • Raising funds for equipment, travel, athletic facilities improvement, uniforms, coaching supplements, athletic scholarships, and other qualifying athletic needs.
