Robertson Named NJCAA Division III Baseball Player of the Week

Charlotte, NC – Surry's Connor Robertson has been named as the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division III Player of the Week for February 12-18.  Robertson, an outfielder helped lead Surry to an opening day split with Guilford Technical Community College.  In the two games, the freshman from Mooresville, North Carolina batted .571 with one homerun, two RBI's, and four runs scored.  After going 1-4 with one run scored in the opener, Robertson was 2-4 with a homerun, two RBI's, and two runs scored in leading the Knights over GTCC, 12-8.
